Project Reveal | Willow Avenue Part 2

We are thrilled to showcase additional stunning areas from our Willow Avenue Remodel. The exceptional quality of this project calls for extra attention, so we are happy to present more in Part 2. Incase you missed it, Part 1 included a detailed look at the charming living area, a stylishly designed powder bathroom, and a peaceful primary suite.

The original layout of this home offered an ideal foundation for a renovation. A few adjustments were all that was needed to convert the main floor into the perfect layout for this modern, young family. One change involved swapping the current formal dining room for a home office adjacent to the existing foyer. A portion of the existing dining area was used to create a spacious, walk-in pantry off of the kitchen. These modifications perfectly suited our clients, enhancing the functionality of their home for their everyday routines.

Along with the open main level layout, the upper level bedrooms and bathrooms drew this family to their new home. It was almost perfectly designed for their three young children. We added so many beautiful details and made each space perfectly functional.

A subway tile wainscoting along with penny tiles and contrasting grout gave the Jack and Jill boys’ bathroom a timeless feel, with added durablity and functionality. The Benjamin Moore Hale Navy vanity with brass hardware paired perfectly with the stainless fixtures.

There’s no calmer space than a nursery, and we kept this one bright and airy with Benjamin Moore Silver Marlin bead board wainscoting paired with a perfectly sweet checkered wallpaper. Mixing patterns in nurseries and childrens spaces is our favorite way to make them feel youthful yet collected. We always plan for spaces that will grow with our littles for years to come.
