Lindsey Grace Interiors accepts returns on all Shoppe items EXCEPT furniture, lighting, artwork and bedding (including throws). Please email sales@lindseygraceinteriors.com within 14 days of purchase for in-store exchange or refund. Once we receive your item, we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method or gift card. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. In order for a full refund, items MUST be in new, unused condition with tags still attached. Items purchased through our Shoppe are not subject to the same return policy as our contracted full-service clientele.
