Project Reveal | Melody Drive Part 1

Collaborating with our trusted builders EPIC Homes on the Melody Drive project was a true collaboration from start to finish and ensured smooth design and construction for our clients. We focused highly on custom millwork details to give this new construction build the charm and character that is deserved. The custom fireplace and ceiling details were achieved through detailed concept renderings and construction line drawings, paired with many conversations between the design and build teams. We created the perfect wood stain to give the space warmth and carried it through the home in details like the custom wood hood and double island kitchen. We wanted the kitchen made for entertaining to flow seamlessly into the butler’s pantry, so we crafted a custom metal arched doorway to give the perfect balance of privacy and efficiency.

We carried interest and detail into the design through the custom cabinetry door style, hardware, and shelving details, along with the lighting and fixtures finishes. The overall feel of the home called for neutrals in many of the selections, so we brought in patterns and hints of color in the wallpaper and decor selections.
